Our implementation methodolgy has been developed through more than 20 years of experience. We are so confident in it that we fix price all our implementations. All training is done on site, on your system and configuration, and we include a significant period of on site hand-holding when you run live. Consultants also return at the end of the first month to help balance the system and help you complete your first month end.

A typical implementation takes about 3 or 4 months and includes the following steps:
1. Business process review in which specialist Apparel 21 consultants conduct a detailed systems analysis study of your current and planned procedures. Their findings will be documented and presented to your steering committee for discussion and agreement.

2. Configuration of the system is completed in our office in line with the agreed business process recommendations ready for implementation on site.

3. Database installation is done by one of our qualified Oracle DBAs (Data Base Administrator) whoe will install two configured databases on your database server, one for testing and training and the other for live running. They will also train one of your staff on how to install the system on each of your PCs.

4. Rollout and entry of master-file information by your staff is then conducted with on site training and hand-holding provided by an Apparel 21 consultant.

5. Live running and training are done as close together as possible to ensure maximum learning retention. All training is done on site on your configured system. Just before live running commences, Apparel 21 consultants help you check balances against your old system and switch over. We then provide on site support during the critical first weeks followed by extensive help desk assistance by telephone.
