Frequently Asked Questions

We've collated a list of the most common questions from our Academy community.

Q.  Why is there a fee for the Apparel21 Academy Sessions?

The Apparel21 Sessions are more in depth and allow for more interaction that the free Apparel21 Webinars. The sessions require time and resources to build and hopefully provide value to our clients business

Q.  Why can't I process a payment for a session?

The Zoom Events tool we use has some limitations on which countries payments can be received from. If you'd like to attend a session but can't register, please contact us using to get this organised.

Q.  Can we share a session link?

Apparel21 Academy session requires a ticket per individual to attend. A link to access the event is sent to each attendee. This is a 'ticket' and can only be used by one person to access the event.

Retail Checkout Counter

Q.  I've missed a session, can I get a recording?

Our sessions are recorded for quality and training purposes and we stipulate this when the recording is started. We have a list of previously run events on our Events page. You can register your interest in a previous session and we'll notify you when that session is being run in the future.

Q.  Is there any documentation for the sessions?

Each session will have a session outline and a copy of the slides used for the session available. These should be available in the resources section in the Zoom Event, but if you've missed them, email us at and if you've attended the session we'll send them out to you.

Q.  Can I purchase multiple tickets at once for all those in my organisation that want to attend.

The platform that we use doesn't allow for multiple tickets at once. However each event ticket is a unique link that provides access to an Event for one User. You may obtain tickets on behalf of others and share the Ticket Link with them.
